These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of velysera.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Danyl EL-KABIR, entrepreneur individuel, under the trading name VELYSERA.

1. Scope

These terms cover browsing and using the Site, customer accounts, forms, interactive functions and user-submitted content. Purchases are governed separately by the Terms of Sale, together with the Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. VELYSERA may temporarily suspend all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, incident response or improvements.

3. Capacity and minors

The Site may be browsed by visitors generally. An account or purchase must be made by a person with the legal capacity to do so, or with the necessary authority of a legal representative. The Site is not specifically directed at children.

4. Customer accounts

Where accounts are available, you must provide accurate information and take reasonable steps to keep authentication details secure. Tell us promptly if you become aware of unauthorised access.

VELYSERA may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud or serious misuse. Account suspension does not remove statutory rights or obligations relating to an existing order.

5. Site and product information

VELYSERA aims to keep information clear, accurate and up to date. Product colours and visual details can vary slightly according to the screen, lighting or photography.

The main characteristics, price and contractual information applicable to a purchase are those presented before the order is placed.

6. Beauty Tech information

Educational material on the Site explains technologies and product characteristics. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or personalised medical advice. Product-specific instructions and precautions are those supplied with the product.

7. Intellectual property

The Site structure and its text, photographs, videos, illustrations, graphics, logos, design elements and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law and belong to VELYSERA or are used with permission.

You may browse the Site and make copies strictly necessary for private, non-commercial use. Substantial reproduction, republication, modification or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where authorised or permitted by law.

8. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the contribution is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, malicious or infringing of another person’s rights.

VELYSERA may moderate or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, promotional, unrelated to the relevant product or harmful to third-party rights. A review is not removed merely because it is negative.

9. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Site to commit or facilitate fraud or another unlawful activity, impersonate another person, gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, bypass security, scrape personal information unlawfully, carry out abusive automated extraction or disrupt the Site.

Normal search-engine indexing and technically authorised use are not prohibited by this clause.

10. Third-party services

The Site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, tracking, review and social-media services. Their own terms and policies may apply.

11. Shopify

The store is technically hosted and provided using Shopify. Purchases are made between the customer and VELYSERA. Shopify is not the seller of VELYSERA products and does not replace VELYSERA in its obligations to customers.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal-information practices are described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to these Terms of Use does not amount to consent to optional cookies or tracking technologies.

13. Security

Do not use the Site in a way that compromises security. If you discover a security vulnerability, contact contact@velysera.com without exploiting or publishing it.

14. Liability

VELYSERA remains responsible to the extent required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Changes

VELYSERA may update these Website Terms of Use to reflect changes to the Site, security or law. A later change does not retroactively alter the terms of a purchase already concluded.

16. Governing law and courts

These Website Terms of Use are governed by French law, but this choice does not remove mandatory protections that apply to a consumer under the law applicable to them. No clause requires a consumer to use only a court in Paris or France where mandatory jurisdiction rules allow another competent court.
